VNL has immediate opportunity for Direct Support Professional (DSP) who will care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. VNL is seeking compassionate, dedicated, responsible, dependable, and reliable DSP's.Direct Support Professional Job Duties:
Assist consumer with daily living needs Administer Medication Daily Documentation Housekeeping Preparing Meals Daily Activities and Outcomes Doctor Appointments Consumer Outings Additional tasks and responsibilities may be assigned Qualifications Must be 18 years of age High school diploma or Ged Must pass fingerprint / background check Physical TB test First aid & CPR CPI Training- must be completed within 60 days Dsp 1 and Dsp 2 certificate
