POSITION SCHEDULE
- SATURDAY & SUNDAY 6AM
- 2PM
- Additional shift coverage will be made available and will be optional
Pay Information :
All employees start at $17.00/hour with regular pay increases every 1040 hours with satisfactory performance.
- Note
- We'll start with a remote interview, followed by an in-person meet-up at the facility.
Zoom interviews are being scheduled for the afternoon of 7/7/2026 and the morning of 7/8/2026.

What You Need:
A caring attitude and a desire to make a difference. Experience with special needs individuals is a plus, but if you have the heart for it, we'll train you! At least 21 years old with a high school diploma or GED . Health check, TB clearance, and a clean criminal record. A valid California driver's license (occasionally driving clients in the company vehicle is required). CPR and first aid training (or willing to get it). If you're not yet trained in Crisis Prevention and Intervention (CPI), don't worry! We'll provide the training in your first week.
What You'll Do:
Be a friend and support to our residents, helping them with health, hygiene, and personal goals. Think creatively to find the best solutions for our residents. Keep records of residents' health and progress. Be ready for any emergencies, whether medical or natural. Join our residents on fun community outings and help them enjoy their hobbies and social activities.
