Job Summary:
Are you compassionate and patient, with a natural desire to help others? We are seeking dedicated Home Health Aides to join our supportive and rewarding home care team. In this role, you will make a meaningful impact by enhancing our clients' quality of life and providing peace of mind to their families. We offer immediate opportunities throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. Local residents (San Francisco or immediate areas) are highly encouraged to apply.
Compensation:
$20-$23 per hour, depending on experience, certifications, and qualifications. All compensation is in accordance with San Francisco minimum wage requirements and California labor laws. Overtime, meal and rest breaks, and all applicable local and state wage protections are provided.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized, one-on-one care to clients in accordance with their established care plans
  • Prepare and serve meals based on individual dietary needs and service guidelines
  • Assist clients with daily personal care, including bathing, hygiene, and grooming
  • Perform light housekeeping duties, including cleaning and organizing living spaces
  • Support clients with toileting needs, including incontinence care
  • Collaborate closely with Case Managers to ensure all medical and personal care needs are met
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments as outlined in the care plan
  • Assist with basic medical care tasks such as bandage changes, repositioning, transfers, and ordering medical supplies (as required by the care plan)
  • Communicate regularly with family members and healthcare providers to ensure client comfort, safety, and well-being
  • Maintain inventory and assist with ordering necessary supplies
  • Monitor and support medication routines in compliance with physician instructions and regulatory standards
  • Schedule and accompany clients to appointments (as needed)
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Demonstrates compassion, patience, respect, and dependability, with strong communication skills and a genuine passion for helping others
  • Minimum of 1 year of caregiving or related experience preferred; training available for the right candidate
  • Employment offers are contingent upon successful completion of a background check, TB test, and verification of authorization to work in the United States
  • Proficient in English; bilingual candidates are a plus
  • Must obtain Home Care Aide (HCA) certification within 1 year of hire
  • Ability to safely lift, carry, push, or pull up to 30 lbs
  • Valid California ID or Driver's License
  • CPR certification required (training may be provided for qualified candidates)
  • Applicants residing in San Francisco or the surrounding areas are strongly encouraged to apply
  • Must have reliable transportation (personal vehicle or consistent access to public transit such as BART)
Schedule Options:
We offer flexible scheduling to support work-life balance, including:
  • Manage your own schedule from 4hrs, 8hrs, 12hrs shifts
