We are looking for someone who is athletic, team‑oriented, and genuinely enjoys helping another person experience a full and meaningful life. Duties Provide direct support during daily activities, including walking with assistance, swimming, social outings, and physical therapy Perform personal care tasks including toileting, bathing, dressing, and hygiene Safely complete full‑body transfers and mobility support throughout the day Work collaboratively with two other aides to maintain a consistent, supportive environment Encourage engagement, communication, and participation in daily routines Maintain a calm, positive, and dependable presence Uphold privacy, dignity, and respect at all times Qualifications Minimum height of 5 ft 6 in required to safely support mobility and transfers Athletic or physically active lifestyle; able to perform lifting and full‑body transfers Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs preferred College degree preferred but not required Ability to work as part of a cohesive, supportive team Verifiable background check required Positive attitude, reliability, and a genuine love of life Schedule 24-40 hours per week Health insurance stipend provided Friday, 11 AM
