Competitive Pay :

$20.00-$24.00/hour ( based on experience & education )

Reimbursements :

$0.74/mile for mileage + $14 bi-weekly for cell phone use

Every day, you'll help individuals with special needs gain independence and confidence What You'll Do As a Job Coach , you'll: Mentor and support 1-3 individuals daily in the community Facilitate skill-based learning, daily outings, and community engagement Help individuals build self-confidence, work skills, and independence Provide patient, compassionate support tailored to each person's unique needs In short: You'll get paid to make a difference in someone's life every day. What We're Looking For Age 21+ with a valid driver's license High school diploma or higher (college growth opportunities available!)
