Job Description

We're looking for self-motivated individuals who have excellent people skills and a friendly disposition. This opportunity is ideal for people who have a knack for attention to details and can work in a fast paced environment.
Job Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree or relevant certification a plus Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required. At least 45 - 50 wpm typing speed. Familiarity with medical terminology is a plus. Must have an intermediate skill set in Microsoft Excel Good computer skills including working knowledge of MS Office Applications.
Qualifications:
1 year of experience in a healthcare administration setting, preferably in home health care Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment effectively and efficiently. Must possess a positive and enthusiastic attitude and have good people skills. Ability to work independently without constant supervision. Must be reliable and dependable. Must be computer savvy Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities. Must have the ability to identify and efficiently solve problems in a timely manner. Great time management and organization skills Types accurately with minimal spelling and grammatical errors. Essential Functions (including, but not limited to): Discerns client services required as outlined in agreements, urgent requests and care plans Collaborate with other departments, including staffing coordinators, to resolve any administrative issues or discrepancies Performs general office duties including but not limited to word processing, photocopies, files, shreds, sort/distributes mail, provides reception and telephone services. Maintains staff and client databases Keeps private insurance information up to date Examines incoming clinical invoices and notes for accuracy
