Duties:

• Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Provide assistance with mobility and transfers
• Administer medication reminders
• Monitor vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team
• Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records

Skills:

• Experience or knowledge in memory care, dementia care, or senior care is highly desired
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and their families
• Knowledge of medical terminology and understanding of basic healthcare procedures
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and maintaining confidentiality of client information
• Ability to follow care plans and instructions from healthcare professionals
