We concentrate on individualizing the support with help of their families to fit the needs of what is important to each person.

Responsibilities include:

• Explore/create new experiences and fun activities
• Support the lives and needs of the individuals
• Assistance with medication management
• Collaborate with a team of support
• General hygiene support

Requirements:

• Availability on weekday afternoons
• Flexibility to work some weekend shifts
• A reliable car This position requires a good communicator who is cooperative, creative, caring, flexible, responsible, and socially oriented.
