Patient Appointment Aide 📍 Sonoma Post Acute - Sonoma, CA 💲 Starting at $18.50/hour Sonoma Post Acute is looking for a compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused individual to join our team as a Patient Appointment Aide ! In this important role, you will accompany residents to medical appointments and help ensure they feel safe, comfortable, and supported throughout the process. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with seniors and making a positive impact every day.
Responsibilities:
Accompany residents to outside medical appointments Provide companionship and support during transport and appointments Communicate professionally with healthcare providers and facility staff Assist with appointment paperwork and basic coordination Help ensure residents arrive safely and on time Maintain resident dignity, comfort, and confidentiality at all times
Qualifications:
No certification or licensure required Compassionate and patient demeanor Reliable transportation record and punctuality Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to remain calm, organized, and professional Experience working with seniors or in healthcare is a plus, but not required Why Join Sonoma Post Acute?
