Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our vibrant team. In this vital role, you will provide exceptional care and support to individuals with diverse needs, including individuals with disabilities, medically fragile residents, fall risks and those requiring memory care. Your energy and enthusiasm will help create a warm, safe, and engaging environment where residents feel valued and empowered. Duties Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, and temperature, ensuring health stability Support residents with medication administration following proper protocols and documentation procedures Operate manual handling equipment like Hoyer lifts safely to ensure resident comfort and safety Engage residents in social activities and therapeutic programs to promote mental stimulation and well-being Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and common areas to uphold hygiene standards and a welcoming environment Requirements Prior experience in assisted living, skilled nursing homes, or residential care homes is highly preferred Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while adhering to proper patient lifting practices Certification in CPR and First Aid is required Experience working with individuals with developmental or cognitive disabilities is a plus Strong communication skills for effective client interaction and team collaboration Join us if you're passionate about providing compassionate caregiving in a dynamic environment!
