Job Overview:

Marie Professional Services LLC - Supported Living Services is seeking reliable and compassionate Part-Time Direct Support Professional (DSPs) to support an adult with developmental disabilities in living as independently as possible in the community.

Responsibilities include:

Provide individualized support based on the consumer's goals and Individual Program Plan (IPP). Assist with community integration and independent living skills. Provide bus/public transportation training and support. Assist with grocery shopping and others community errands. Support meal planning and meal preparation Provide medication reminder Assist with scheduling and attending medical appointment Support educational and personal goals. Encourage independence, choice, self advocacy, and decision-making. Complete required progress note and documentation accurately Maintain professional boundaries and respect consumer privacy and rights.

Pay:

$21.00 - $22.00 per hour People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply

Valid driver 's license (Preferred) Shift availability: Day Shift (Preferred)
