Role Overview Abide Home Care is seeking compassionate, dependable caregivers to provide non-medical in-home care to seniors and adults in the comfort of their own homes. Caregivers play an important role in helping clients remain safe, independent, engaged, and comfortable at home. Responsibilities Personal care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) Companionship and emotional support Meal preparation Light housekeeping Medication reminders Mobility and activity assistance Supervision and redirection, as appropriate Transportation and accompaniment when applicable Supporting meaningful activities and social connection Communicating client needs or changes to the Abide Home Care team Qualifications Previous caregiving experience preferred, but not required Comfortable working independently in a client's home Strong communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to providing dignified, person-centered care Ability to meet applicable California caregiver requirements Requirements Must be willing to complete required background screening, health clearances, training, and registration per California requirements

Valid Driver's License Pay:

From $17.00 per hour Expected hours: 4.0 - 20.0 per week
