Schedule Monday to Friday, day shifts from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm. A consistent, predictable schedule with no evenings or weekends. What you'll do Provide personalized coaching and assistance with daily tasks Help people understand and exercise their rights Support individuals in achieving personal goals and building social connections Coordinate community outings — museums, parks, sporting events, and more Encourage hobbies like painting, swimming, and singing Assist with personal hygiene and activities of daily living Support medication administration and medical-related needs Provide transportation for those you support Complete documentation at the end of each shift Some assignments involve physical support such as assisting individuals to and from wheelchairs.
