About the Role As a community-based Direct Support Professional (DSP) , you will provide companionship, coaching, and individualized support in home and community settings. Responsibilities include assisting with personal care as needed, supporting daily living activities, teaching and reinforcing independent living skills, helping individuals achieve their personal goals, and accompanying clients on community outings.
