These services include both host homes, where individuals live with a paid provider in the provider's own personal residence and apartment supports, where providers assist individuals living in their own apartments. Types of services provided may include but are not limited to: Personal care/Hygiene Supervision Scheduling, Transporting and Attending Medical Appointments Community Participation Advocacy Financial Management Medication Management Development of Independent Skills (Cooking, Laundry, Safety, Cleaning, Making friends, Personal Hygiene needs, etc.)
