- Statewide Services Overview Simply Inspired Souls Homecare Agency is seeking caring and reliable Personal Care Assistants to support clients with daily tasks in their homes.
ADLs:
bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility Provide light housekeeping and maintain a clean, safe environment Support meal prep and help with feeding if needed Offer companionship, social engagement, and emotional support Monitor and report any changes in client behavior or health Follow individualized care plans and document daily activities Assist with medication reminders (as permitted) Use safe transfer techniques; assistive devices experience is a plus Communicate effectively with family members and care teams Qualifications Experience as a PCA, home care aide, or in assisted living/group home settings preferrred Knowledge of working with seniors, individuals with disabilities, ASD, dementia, or other care needs preferred Ability to assist with mobility and occasional lifting Strong communication, reliability, and attention to detail Understanding of client privacy and professionalism CPR/First Aid certification preferred Flexibility with scheduling; compassion and patience are essential If you're dedicated to making a meaningful impact through quality personal care, we'd love to welcome you to our team!Pay:
