Job Description

Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to join our team. In this vital role, you will provide high-quality, personalized care to an individual in her private home. Your energy and enthusiasm will help enhance the quality of life for this client by assisting with daily activities, monitoring health status, and ensuring their safety and comfort. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference. Responsibilities Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support. Monitor patient observation and report any changes in health or behavior promptly to healthcare professionals. Support medication reminders following medical records protocols and ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations to maintain patient confidentiality. Help with meal preparation, light housekeeping tasks like cleaning and laundry, and ensure a safe environment. Per driver with clean driving record who will be willing to drive the client car. Must love dogs (2 dogs) assist with services dogs feeding, exercise, care Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and healthcare teams to coordinate care plans and address individual needs. Qualifications Certification in PCA, CNA or HHA. Strong communication skills with a compassionate approach to patient personal care assistance.
