You will be helping clients that are recovering from brain injuries. These clients live alone or with family. You will be helping the client with every aspect of regular life. You and the client will schedule and attend medical and therapeutic appointments then implement recovery activities within the home community. You will document on a daily basis and communicate with many people. Many clients have impulsive behaviors and memory challenges, team members understand that this is part of the recovery process and support the needs of the client they serve. Requirements High-school diploma or equivalent One / Two years of health care experience. Super time management and organizational skills. Smart-Phone and Tablet Skills Pre-employment Background Checks and Drug Screening.
Experience helping people recovering from:
Strokes, Concussions and/or brain injury. Worked within community settings.
Team members support clients with:
Safety Organization skills Medical and therapeutic rehab homework. Medication reminders Social entertainment Finding meaningful employment Money management skills. Social skills and much more. Connect with us on our website:
