Personal Care Assistant (PCA)Position Summary We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and responsible Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to provide hands-on support and companionship to individuals who need assistance with daily living activities. The PCA will help promote the client's comfort, safety, independence, and overall quality of life. Essential Responsibilities Assist with personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting. Provide assistance with mobility, transfers, and positioning as needed. Prepare meals and assist with eating when necessary. Provide medication reminders according to the established care plan. Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and other household tasks related to the client's care. Provide companionship and emotional support. Assist with errands, appointments, and other activities as appropriate. Observe and report changes in the client's physical or emotional condition. Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment. Follow the client's individualized care plan and all applicable policies and procedures. Maintain confidentiality and respect the client's privacy and dignity. Qualifications Previous caregiving or PCA experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate. Dependable, compassionate, patient, and trustworthy. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a care team. Ability to safely assist with physical tasks and mobility. Reliable transportation may be required. Must successfully complete any required background checks and employment requirements. Pay:

$16.94 per hour Expected hours: 25.0 per week
