Responsibilities include:

Assisting individuals with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal care Administering medications in accordance with agency policies, HIPAA guidelines, and individual care plans Preparing nutritious meals in accordance with dietary restrictions and preferences Assisting with household responsibilities and chores Transporting and accompanying individuals to appointments, community activities, and recreational outings Take vital signs, observe changes and report findings to healthcare professionals Utilize Hoyer lifts to safely transport residents with mobility challenges Promoting independence, choice, dignity, and community inclusion Engage residents in social activities and community outings to promote involvement and inclusion. Complete detailed documentation of care provided, resident progress, as well as maintain accurate records Document any safety incidents in accordance with regulations Maintaining a safe, clean, and supportive home environment Who Thrives in This Role?
