Home Health Professionals Network (HHPN) is seeking caring and reliable Home Health Aides to support patients throughout Hartford, Hamden, Waterbury, Meriden, Bristol, Bridgeport, and surrounding communities. Our HHAs provide essential hands-on assistance that allows patients to remain comfortable, safe, and as independent as possible in their homes.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist patients with activities of daily living and personal care Support bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and ambulation Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping Provide companionship and emotional support Follow the patient's plan of care Observe and report changes in patient condition Maintain patient dignity, privacy, and confidentiality Complete required documentation

Qualifications:

Current Connecticut HHA certification or eligibility Homecare experience preferred Reliable transportation Dependable, compassionate, and respectful Ability to follow care plans and work as part of a team Join HHPN and make a direct difference in the lives of patients and families every day.
