Shift 1, Days Position Summary Home Health Aides are integral members of the Homecare interdisciplinary team and work under the patient's skilled supervising clinician to provide personal care to patients within their homes in a competent manner.

Minimum Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent and experience in a patient care environment as an CNA. Active CNA certification required. Good organization and communication skills. Must relate well to others. Is able to carry out instructions.
