Regular scheduled days off as agreed upon. Additional flexible hours in the afternoon/evening and weekends available with starting salary of $26/hr. The person needing support is a young man with autism who is physically active and involved in the community. Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, encouraging independence and community participation, providing local transportation to activities and offering companionship and support. The ideal candidate should be patient, an effective communicator, dependable, have reliable transportation and enjoy helping others. Knowledge of or experience with autism a plus.

Pay:

From $26.00 per hour Expected hours: 25.0 - 40.0 per week
