Residential Counselor / Direct Support Professional TriSource is seeking compassionate and dedicated Residential Counselors/Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support youth and adults across multiple residential programs in the Washington, CT and Waterbury, CT areas . These positions offer an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in behavioral health, education, psychology, social work, counseling, or human services . You will provide supervision, mentorship, and daily support while helping individuals build life skills, develop healthy relationships, and achieve greater independence and personal success. We are looking for candidates available for Monday-Friday days, evenings, or overnight shifts , as well as the schedules below:

11:00 PM•9:00 AM Adult Program•Waterbury, CT Residential program supporting adults. We are seeking candidates who can work days, evenings, or overnight shifts , with availability to work either Saturday or Sunday each week . What You'll Do Provide supervision, mentorship, and support to youth or adults in a residential setting. Assist with daily routines, meals, personal responsibilities, recreational activities, and other activities of daily living. Support individuals in managing social, emotional, behavioral, and daily living challenges. Build positive relationships and serve as a positive role model. Monitor resident safety and well-being while maintaining a structured and supportive environment. Participate in behavior management and crisis intervention when necessary. Support recreational, community, and engagement activities. Encourage independence, life skills development, and positive decision-making. Complete required documentation and communicate effectively with team members regarding resident progress and needs. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. Experience working with youth, adults, individuals with behavioral health needs, or other vulnerable populations preferred. Passion for helping others and supporting individuals in reaching their goals. Valid driver's license and ability to transport residents as needed. Active CPR and First Aid certification required. PMT (Prevention and Management Training) certification preferred. Current PPD/TB documentation within the last year. Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Services, Social Work, Education, or a related field is a plus. Ability to pass required background investigation and drug screening.

Pay Rate:
