  • We are looking for a compassionate Home Health Aide to provide assistance in daily living and personal care services in patients homes in accordance with an established care plan.
Responsibilities:
Provide health care services in patients residences Perform domestic and household tasks Assist with clients personal care activities Provide companionship and basic emotional or psychological support
Skills:
Caring and compassionate personality Proven working experience as home health aide Perform physical comfort and safety functions specific to Home Health Aide. Proficiency in English Proficiency in Spanish Prioritize and perform functions following the patient care plan.
