We are seeking a Home Health Aide to become a part of our team! If you love providing a helping hand to people in their homes and help with their activities of daily living to get them to live a comfortable and safe life, then this may be for you. You will provide routine healthcare to patients in their homes or care facilities.

Responsibilities:

Provide routine individualized care to the elderly, convalescents, or persons with disabilities Monitor and report changes in patient health status Provide personal care, such as bathing and dressing patients

Qualifications:

Experience in hospice, home health, or other related fields preferred, but not required Positive and patient demeanor Ability to build rapport with patients Ability to handle physical workload Excellent written and verbal communication skills
