Duties Assist client with activities of daily living (ADLs), including personal hygiene, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Support client with meal preparation, feeding assistance, and dietary needs while maintaining a clean dining area Document care activities accurately Provide emotional support through active listening, companionship, and engaging in recreational activities tailored to clients Prior experience working in this field a plus Knowledge of developmental disabilities is advantageous Ability to perform patient observation, and recognize signs of distress or health issues Certification in CPR and First Aid is required; additional training in HIPAA compliance is a plus Strong communication skills for effective client interaction and team collaboration Light housekeeping and laundry Speak both
