We are growing our clinical team in Clearwater, FL and looking for a licensed psychotherapist who is passionate about innovative, evidence-based mental health care for those who serve. Position Overview We are seeking a licensed psychotherapist to join our Clearwater, FL location as a part-time 1099 contractor providing ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP), integration therapy, and general psychotherapy services to our patient population — with particular emphasis on veterans and first responders. Full training and education on our ketamine-assisted psychotherapy protocols will be provided. This role has the potential to grow into a W2 position as our practice expands. Hybrid:

in-person and virtual sessions Key Responsibilities Provide individual psychotherapy sessions, both in-person and via telehealth Facilitate ketamine-assisted psychotherapy sessions Provide integration therapy following ketamine dosing sessions Deliver trauma-informed, culturally competent care with a focus on veteran and first responder populations Complete timely and accurate chart documentation Support patients throughout their treatment journey, including check-ins and follow-up Assist with light administrative tasks related to patient care coordination

Qualifications Required:

Full, active independent clinical licensure in the state of Florida (LCSW, LMHC, LPC, or equivalent) Minimum of 1-2 years of experience providing ketamine-assisted therapy Strong clinical documentation skills Comfort with both in-person and telehealth service delivery Genuine interest in and sensitivity to the needs of veteran and first responder communities

Preferred:

Experience or specialized training in trauma treatment modalities (e.g., EMDR, IFS, somatic approaches) Prior experience working with military-connected or first responder populations Training & Support Valor Health Solutions will provide comprehensive training and ongoing education in our ketamine-assisted psychotherapy model, protocols, and best practices. Compensation Compensation is structured as a percentage of collected claims. This position offers the opportunity to grow into a W2 role as caseload and organizational needs expand.
