Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking flexible and compassionate Home Health Aides to join our team immediately. In this role, you will provide essential in-home care and support to clients in various locations, including Margate, Deerfield Beach, and Coral Springs. This position offers day shifts and weekend opportunities, ideal for individuals looking to make a positive impact while maintaining a flexible schedule. The Home Health Aide plays a vital role in assisting clients with daily activities, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being. Responsibilities Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients to promote mental well-being. Help with light housekeeping tasks related to client care, including tidying up and laundry. Monitor and report any changes in the client's health or behavior. Follow care plans and instructions provided by healthcare providers to ensure proper care delivery. Support clients in medication reminders and basic health monitoring as needed. Maintain accurate documentation of services provided and client conditions. Qualifications Prior experience as a Home Health Aide or similar caregiving role is preferred but not required. Compassionate, patient, and respectful attitude towards clients of all ages. Ability to work flexible hours, including day shifts and weekends. Strong communication skills and the ability to follow detailed care instructions. Reliable transportation or means to travel between multiple client locations. Must be able to pass background checks and meet any required health screenings.
