Job Description

Driver's Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Home Health Aide to provide one-on-one in-home care for a client diagnosed with a developmental disability. The ideal candidate will assist with daily living activities, monitor the client's health, and support their independence and overall well-being. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by delivering high-quality, person-centered care in a safe and respectful environment. The Home Health Aide must adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain the highest level of privacy and confidentiality. Responsibilities Assist the client with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support. Observe and report any changes in the client's physical or behavioral condition to the supervisor. Prepare and serve meals in accordance with dietary needs and restrictions. Perform light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a safe and organized living environment. Promote the client's independence, comfort, and dignity while providing compassionate care. Maintain confidentiality and comply with all HIPAA standards and agency policies. Skills & Qualifications Prior experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or in home health care preferred. Strong observational and problem-solving skills for ensuring client safety and well-being. Ability to work independently while following individualized care plans accurately. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with the client, family members, and healthcare professionals. Must be fluent in English (both written and verbal). Posses a Driver's License and has a car. $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
