The Home Health Aide assists clients with daily living activities while promoting comfort, safety, and independence in the home. Responsibilities Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility Monitor and report changes in patient condition Measure and document vital signs when required Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping Provide companionship and emotional support Follow the patient care plan and maintain HIPAA compliance Requirements Home Health Aide Certificate (75 hours) - Required Current CPR Certification - Required Experience in home health, caregiving, or patient care preferred Reliable transportation to patient homes Compassionate, dependable, and professional Join our team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients in your community.
