Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) Offering Sign On Bonus We're looking for caring, reliable, and patient individuals to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a comfortable, home-like setting. What You'll Do Assist with daily routines and personal care Help individuals build independence and life skills Maintain a clean, safe living environment Support community outings and activities Document daily updates and progress Available Shifts One weekend day required 7:00 AM
