$16.00 - $17.00/hour, based on experience Job Description We are seeking a Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide personal care and support to clients in their homes. The candidate will assist patients with daily living activities while promoting comfort, safety, dignity, and independence. Applicants will be trained to use the InMyTeam mobile application for clocking in and out, viewing schedules, documenting services provided, and communicating with the care team.

•Ability to handle correspondence in both Spanish and English is required.

•Responsibilities Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility. Help with meal preparation and feeding assistance as needed. Provide medication reminders according to the established care plan. Perform light housekeeping duties related to patient care. Monitor and report changes in the client's physical or emotional condition. Accompany clients to medical appointments or errands when required. Maintain accurate records of services provided. Follow all safety, infection control, and confidentiality guidelines. Qualifications Current Home Health Aide (HHA) certification or equivalent caregiving experience preferred . CPR/BLS certification preferred . Ability to work independently. Communication and interpersonal skills. Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred .
