At SYNERGY HomeCare, we provide compassionate, client-centered care that allows individuals to live safely and independently in their own homes. We are currently hiring Home Health Aides (HHA) who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of the elderly. What you'll do: Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting. Provide mobility assistance and ensure client safety. Prepare meals and assist with feeding if needed. Accompanying clients to their appointments. Perform light housekeeping (laundry, cleaning, organizing) Monitor and report changes in client condition. Provide companionship and emotional support (Offer encouragement and help clients maintain social connections) Follow care plans and agency protocols.
