- You'll get the backing of a nationally renowned brand (Help at Home) while building your very own business! What You'll Do (Caregiver Responsibilities) As a Caregiver, you'll work 1-on-1 with clients in their homes, supporting them with:
- Light housekeeping: organizing, laundry, basic cleaning
- Personal care: bathing, dressing, grooming, assisting with meals
- Mobility support: safe transfers, fall-prevention assistance
- Companionship and daily living support
- Ability to communicate effectively in English with patients, families, and care teams
- Transportation and errands (if applicable) Eligibility Requirements
- Valid Florida 40 hour HHA certificate or CNA license
- Fluent in English to support effective patient communication and safety
- Valid ID
- Completion of all required training (organization & state requirements)
- Florida Clearinghouse Background Check
