Job Summary Join our compassionate team as a Home Health Aide/Companion, where your dedication and caring nature will make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals needing support at home or in the community. you will provide personalized assistance to clients, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being. Your efforts will help promote independence and enhance quality of life for those with diverse health needs, including seniors, individuals with disabilities, or those recovering from illness. This position offers an engaging opportunity to deliver empathetic care in a supportive environment while fostering strong relationships with clients and their families. Duties Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting to promote dignity and independence. Provide companionship through engaging conversations, recreational activities, and emotional support to reduce feelings of loneliness or isolation. Prepare nutritious meals and assist with light housekeeping tasks including cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a safe environment. Document all care activities and communicate effectively with healthcare teams regarding client status daily. Qualifications Highschool diploma or GED Driver license Certification in CPR Willing to complete online trainings able to pass a level 2 background check Strong patient observation skills to identify changes in condition or behavior promptly. Ability to work independently while following detailed care plans; excellent communication skills for working with clients and healthcare professionals.
