We offer top pay and benefits in a positive work environment. The Opportunity We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Care Attendant (PCA) to join our team. What You Will Do Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, and incontinence care Take and document vital signs as directed Turn and reposition residents in bed to prevent skin breakdown Help with one-person transfers and mobility support Escort or remind residents to meals, pass hydration and snacks at designated times Maintain cleanliness and organization in resident rooms and shared spaces Monitor resident status and report changes or incidents to the Nurse or Administrator Make beds Perform other duties as assigned by the nursing team What You Must Have High school diploma or equivalent Completion of an 8-hour preservice training course (5 hours classroom, 3 hours supervised simulation) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Physical ability to lift, move, and support residents safely Benefits - Things We Want You to Know We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including: 401(k) managed by Merrill Lynch DailyPay Health Insurance with Anthem Blue Cross or Cigna Dental, Life, Vision, and Disability Insurance Paid Time Off Continuing Education Credits Career advancement opportunities!
