Qualifications Proven experience working with individuals with disabilities or in assisted living environments; prior home health or nursing home experience is highly valued. Certification in First Aid and Basic Life Support (CPR), Familiarity with home health agency operations, home & community care standards, and home health regulations. Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams; strong client communication skills are essential.
