Job Description

```Duties```
  • Must speak fluent English
  • Provide assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
  • Administer medication reminders according to prescribed schedules and document medication administration accurately
  • Prepare and serve meals and assist with feeding if necessary
  • Assist residents with mobility and transfers, including the use of mobility aids and lifting equipment
  • Monitor and report changes in residents' physical and mental health to the appropriate healthcare professionals
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents, including regular housekeeping tasks
  • Engage in social activities and provide companionship to promote emotional well-being ```Qualifications```
  • Previous experience in assisted living or nursing home settings is preferred
  • Knowledge of resident rights and ability to advocate for their needs
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Compassionate, patient, and understanding approach towards elderly individuals
  • Basic knowledge of medication administration procedures and protocols
