Primary Responsibilities:

Supervise meals and give assistance as needed. Give medication reminders and assistance as needed. Do daily room checks, answer emergency lights. Conduct activities as scheduled. Assist with personal laundry when needed. Transport to activities as assigned. Clean suites, following weekly schedule. Stand by for assisting with bathing/grooming as assigned. Do facility laundy, i.e., towels, bed linens, etc. as scheduled. Answer telephones and direct visitors as necessary Perform other duties as requested.

Required Qualifications:

Education:

High School Diploma or GED Certificate.

Substitute for education:

Evaluated on an individual basis.
