About Family Pillars Homecare Family Pillars Homecare is a growing home care agency committed to providing compassionate, reliable care to seniors and adults in need of support. We are expanding across multiple counties and are looking for dedicated HHAs and CNAs to join our team. We are currently staffing 4 hour shifts throughout Orlando and the surrounding areas. These shifts are great for HHA/CNA Moms or Dads to pick up Per Diem shifts while their children are in school as well as College Students looking for work around their class schedules. We have morning, afternoon and evening shifts available as requested by our patients and families. Responsibilities Assist with all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobility Provide care for a fall-risk patient with close attention to safety Assist with transfers, repositioning, and mobility Provide companionship and emotional support Drive patient to appointments and run errands as needed Follow the patient's individualized care plan Maintain patient privacy, dignity, and comfort at all times Communicate clearly with the care team regarding any changes or concerns HHA/CNA Requirements HHA Certificate (or Pass the HHA State Exam) or CNA License (required) CPR
- BLS Certification (required) Physical Health Form within the last 6 months Negative TB Skin Test results or TBQ
- Quantiferon Gold TB Blood Test result CEU
- HIV/Aids Certificate CEU
- Alzheimer's Disease and Related Disorders Certificate CEU
- Assistance with Self Administered Medications Certificate Level 2 Background Check (or willingness to obtain) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation with proof of car insurance.
