Duties Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support Monitor patient health by observing vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, respiration, and temperature Provide specialized care for patients with dementia or Alzheimer's disease Assist with transfers using patient transfer .ensure safe movement to prevent injury Maintain patient confidentiality by adhering to HIPAA guidelines Requirements Proven experience working as a Home Health Aide or in assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or hospice environments 1 year of experience Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance CPR Alzheimer's/ Dementia (2hrs)
