Job Description

LOOKING FOR A HOME HEALTH AIDE IN HOMESTEAD OR NEAR
Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential assistance to elderly or disabled individuals in their homes, ensuring they receive quality care and support. Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
  • Perform household duties including meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry
  • Monitor and record vital signs of patients
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
  • Help with mobility assistance, including transferring and lifting
  • Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals
  • Keep accurate medical records and report any changes in the client's condition Qualification
  • Previous experience in home health or senior care is preferred
  • Knowledge of catheter care and patient observation techniques
  • Familiarity with medical systems and ability to maintain medical records accurately
  • Strong caregiving skills with a compassionate and patient demeanor
  • Ability to lift and assist clients with mobility challenges
