Job We are an agency looking for a direct care provider to work with a young man with disability. Assist with activities of daily living, bathing and home cleaning. $16 an hour.

Monday to Friday 10am to 6pm If interested, text Talu to 9543268551 Duties Provide personal care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation. Develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each client. Assist clients in social interactions and community engagement to enhance their quality of life. Monitor clients' physical and emotional well-being, reporting any concerns to appropriate staff or healthcare professionals. Maintain a clean and safe environment within the group home or care setting. Participate in training sessions to stay updated on best practices for supporting individuals with disabilities, including first aid and emergency response protocols. Qualifications Previous experience in senior care, group home settings, or working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred. Knowledge of medication administration procedures and HIPAA regulations is essential. Certification in First Aid and CPR is highly desirable. A background in social work or nursing is a plus but not mandatory. Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients are critical for success in this role.
