Job Summary:
- Looking for a Home Health Aide to provide personalized in-home healthcare support to patients. The ideal candidate will assist clients with daily living activities and ensure their overall well-being. This is a weekend position.
Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Help with mobility around the house
- Plan and prepare nutritious meals according to dietary requirements
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment for the patient
- Keep accurate medical documentation of patient care and progress
- Provide companionship and emotional support to patients
Skills:
- Experience in vital signs monitoring and medical documentation
- Ability to provide patient care in various settings such as assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or private residencesth
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and maintaining patient confidentiality
- Strong communication skills and empathy towards patients
