Job Description

Emerald Coast Dental Sleep Solutions is looking for a friendly, dependable Dental Sleep Assistant to join our team. Experience in dental sleep medicine is NOT required-we are happy to train the right person! The ideal candidate is a fast learner who is comfortable learning new technology, stays organized, and provides excellent customer service. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with patients and will help them feel comfortable and well cared for throughout their treatment.
Responsibilities include:
Greeting and assisting patients Preparing treatment rooms and helping with patient appointments Learning our dental sleep procedures, equipment, and software Taking accurate notes and maintaining patient records Providing clear instructions and follow-up information to patients Assisting the doctor and other team members as needed Keeping treatment areas clean, organized, and ready for patients The ideal candidate: Has excellent customer service and communication skills Is a fast learner and comfortable using computers and technology Is dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Has a positive attitude and works well with a team Can handle a busy environment while remaining friendly and professional Is willing to learn and take initiative Previous medical or dental experience is helpful but not required. We are more interested in finding someone with the right personality, work ethic, and willingness to learn.
