As a vital member of our healthcare team, you will deliver personalized support that promotes independence, safety, and comfort. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will ensure each client receives the highest quality of care in their own environment. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals requiring assistance with daily activities and medical needs. Duties Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support Monitor and observe patients' health status, including vital signs, and report changes promptly Administer medications following prescribed instructions while maintaining accurate medical documentation Support clients with specialized care such as Alzheimer's, dementia, memory care, hospice, and end-of-life needs Operate Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems to document patient information securely and accurately Utilize patient transfer methods and equipment such as Hoyer lifts to ensure safe mobility assistance Perform light housekeeping tasks including cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and maintaining a safe environment Experience Prior experience working with geriatric patients or individuals with developmental disabilities is highly preferred Demonstrated knowledge of home healthcare regulations, HIPAA compliance, and medical terminology Experience in assisted living or nursing home settings is advantageous Proficiency in using EMR systems for medical documentation and record keeping Hands-on experience with patient personal care assistance, catheter care, and medication administration Certification in First Aid and Basic Life Support (BLS), CPR is required or obtainable upon hire Strong communication skills for effective client interaction and collaboration with healthcare teams Join us to provide compassionate, energetic care that transforms lives! Pay:
$16.00 - $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 10.0 - 40.0 per week
