Seeking realiable experienced Home Health Aide to provide care for a patient who is wheelchair-dependent and bed bound. Schedule•

Two Shifts Available:

Morning Shift:

10:00am•3:00pm

Evening Shift:

6:00pm•11:30pm Each shift is 5.5 hours (38.5 total weekly)

Patient Care Needs:

Assistance with bed bath and personal care. Transfer from bed to wheelchair Hoyer lift is available in the home for transfers. Assistance with activities of daily living. Must be comfortable caring for a bed-bound/wheelchair dependent patient.

Requirements:

Fluent in English Experience with Hoyer lift and patient transfer requiered. Must be reliable, proffesional, patient, and compassionate. Home Health/personal care experience preffered.
