About the Position Everything Peachie LLC is seeking a caring, dependable, and compassionate Companion to provide support and companionship to individuals with developmental disabilities. The ideal candidate will be patient, respectful, responsible, and committed to helping individuals maintain independence and participate in meaningful activities within their home and community. Responsibilities Provide companionship and social support. Assist individuals with participating in community activities and outings. Encourage independence and appropriate decision-making. Support individuals with daily routines and activities. Provide transportation when required and authorized. Complete required documentation and service notes accurately and on time. Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines. Qualifications Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred but not required. Compassionate, patient, and dependable. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be required depending on the assignment. Must be willing to complete required training. Mus be able to pass a Level 2 background check

Pay:

From $15.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 10.0 per week
