This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a compassionate homecare environment while honing your administrative expertise within the homecare industry Responsibilities Be the point of contact person for day to day operations to maintain and coordinate schedules. Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. Respectfully and professionally communicate with patients, families, and team members. Respond promptly to client inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing clear information about services. Update social media and make contacts with resources to help our business grow. Place orders for office supplies and uniforms. Support a strong positive office culture. Qualifications Ability to pass a level 2 background screening. Compassionate, patient-focused mindset. Strong work ethic and professionalism. Writing skills for clear documentation, correspondence, and internal reports. Ability to manage schedules efficiently while handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail in data entry tasks such as billing codes, client information, and visit logs. Perform data entry tasks related to client records, appointment scheduling, and billing documentation using business software.
